The event, which has limited space, will be held at 7 p.m. June 6.

Diehz, a native of Mexico City, grew up fascinated with films. In his youth, he set aside his passion for acting to pursue a career in architecture, achieving success in Mexico and later in Vancouver, British Columbia, after relocating in 2009. After working as a background actor in two films in 2022, Diehz was cast in the 2024 film “Conclave” after submitting an audition tape in 2020 — a time when he felt inspired to revisit his old passion.

His breakthrough role as Cardinal Benítez catapulted him into the spotlight just two years after being a background presence. In “Conclave,” he appears alongside acting legends Ralph Fiennes, Stanley Tucci, John Lithgow, Isabella Rossellini and Sergio Castellitto.
